Are you intrigued to find out What’s Happening on Habboon? Well, you’re in the right place - this bi-weekly article will cover all things Habboon and more! Stay tuned to find out more about the hotel, albeit rare rotations or staffing updates!

This is a section where we place a highlight on a segment of the hotel. These can either be individual users who deserve to be recognised for their kindness across the hotel, for being a good friend or an excellent event player.

This week, we’re placing a spotlight on boyband nominated by twinnie_star!

boyband has been part of the community since 2017. He can often be found participating in events and socialising in several other rooms within the hotel.

Here is twinnie_star’s reasoning as to why she chose him:

“because he is a hardworking man...he jokes..make ppl laugh..he always brings a smile in my face every time he log in...he DESERVES to be a spotlight star...Thank you Boyband...for everything”

We’ve asked some questions to him:

“What is your favourite part about hosting events on Habboon?”

boyband: i love hosting when things are chaotic i really love when events have that kind of energy, like making games up on the spot etc or the games are tense because they are back and forth or whatever. i also really love hosting games like UG or gk and doing broad, or more obscure themes to see what peoples knowledge about said themes are

“What are your other hobbies in life?”

boyband: i cycle up and down london everyday then i come home and i say to myself 'what a ride!'. that is my favourite hobby

Sentimental songs are the soulful melodies that have the remarkable ability to touch the deepest corners of our hearts and evoke a wide range of emotions. 

In this segment, we invite you to submit your favourite song and allow us to provide the emotions evoked by the lyrics and melody.

This week’s featured song is Take Her to the Moon by Moira Dela Torre, submitted by user duh. Read our thoughts on the track down below!

toad: This isn’t something I’d usually listen to but I really think this song is beautiful! The lyricism is great and the singer's voice is so easy to listen to. I’d definitely give this a listen again!

pat: Moira always sings songs that will pull your heartstrings. This particular song is one of 'em. It is her style and her identity as an artist. May it be about someone, your lover, family member, etc., it is a song about a certain someone and about your personal feelings. Her voice is always amazing. A must listen!

toad: Phasmophobia or Sims 4!

pat: My favorite game at the moment is AO Tennis 2 as I've spent hours playing it despite being repetitive. I only played it for Career mode, imagining me winning tournaments and beat top players LOL
