Welcome to Author of the Week with hosts
lil & cotton!
This is a bi-weekly article where you can showcase your best writing for everyone to read and enjoy. There will be options from all different stories of storytelling and poetry, which will be explained each week in the theme section of the article.
Let your creative juices show and let your stories do the talking!
The rules for writing can be quite obvious, but to those of you who are new to the writing world, here are some basic guidelines:

No copying work from other sources from anything from online to actual books.

Your submission needs to follow the theme.

All short stories need to be approximately 100 to 1000 words.

Only the user who submitted will receive the prize.

You must submit your piece by using ONLY Google Docs link. Other websites will not be counted as an entry (e.g. PasteBin). Make sure to set the file name as [Author of the Week #_: Title by your username]

Using ChatGPT or any other AI will be denied as an entry.

Keep your submission Suitable For Work (SFW) at all times. All NSFW entries will be denied as an entry.
Do note more rules could be added in the future!
